A "couple" SF apps

I was taking a break from studying, and felt inspired since I got Synergy from SourceForge. So, I went thru SF for awhile to see what programs might look promising (read: high activity and stable). Here’s a list of what I’ve seen:

VirtuaWin – The Virtual Desktop Manager

Notepad++ – a free source code editor which supports several programming languages under MS Windows

Eraser – “allows you to completely remove sensitive data from your hard drive by overwriting it several times with carefully selected patterns”

Darik’s Boot and Nuke – “a self-contained boot floppy that securely wipes the hard disks of most computers; automatically and completely delete the contents of any hard disk that it can detect, which makes it an appropriate utility for bulk or emergency data destruction”

AxCrypt File Encryption Software – “Free Personal Privacy and Security for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2K/XP with AES-128 File Encryption, Compression and transparent Decrypt and Open in the original application”

Issue-Tracker – “support issue tracking system written in PHP, with option of either a PostgreSQL of MySQL backend”

CRM commercial tracking tool – “…for tracking customer requirements, complaints, etc. It creates management summaries, PDF status reports etc. It is suitable for any department in which something comes in, must be handled and goes out.”

Zen Cart E-Commerce Shopping Cart – “Zen Cart is a php ecommerce shopping program. Built on a foundation of oscommerce GPL code it will provide an easy to set-up and run online store. Developed by people who make a living from selling online and who understand what the merchant really needs”

OpenIT – “PHP driven Inventory, HelpDesk, Support, Issue Tracking, and Knowledge Base web application. Focuses on simplicity and ease of customization. Sort of a mini-Directory solution for SMBs using PHP and any Pear::DB supported database”

eGroupWare – “a multi-user, web-based groupware suite developed on a custom set of PHP-based APIs. Currently available modules include: email, addressbook, calendar, infolog (notes, to-do’s, phone calls), content management, forum, bookmarks, wiki”

NetOffice – “Online project management with team collaboration, user management, multiple access levels, tasks, projects, and time tracking, task change history, files approval tracking, notes, client project sites, CRM, Gantt graphs…”

No Sleep Software – “…includes 5 applications for PalmOS: FileZ – a file manager, Due Yesterday – a student organizer, QuizWiz – a quiz program, and Idea Pad – a diagram/outline tool”

So, is that enough? Haha…
