I’m trying out w.bloggar at work now, seeing if it’ll publish right when I tell it to. Advanced Post Options is set to Use Current Date and Time. I’m not pinging any servers because I’ll be editing this a few more times.
The notes below are in the order of testing I took. Do I really need to go through so much just to get a post published?
Current conclusion: I’m going back to typing posts through my Admin control panel. It’s fine, whatever.
Note 1: Upon publishing, the post didn’t display on my blog. In my admin control panel, in the Edit menu, the post shows up there. Also, when I initially posted this, I closed comments and pings through w.bloggar. Publishing again…
Note 2: After last publishing, the timestamp went from 10:45am to 11:00pm. What in the world? Pings and comments are closed and not allowed. C’mon w.bloggar!
Note 3: It’s an hour behind in the timestamp. It shows 9:50am instead of 10:50am like I specified.
Note 4: Now that it shows the right timestamp, it doesn’t show up. After checking the advanced post options and changing the time stamp to 11:53am (adding an hour) before publishing this, it’ll be the last chance for it to get it right. *sigh*
Note 5: Back in the WordPress admin control panel now. I give up on w.bloggar until the next update.
bryan it’s ok. you’ll get it!
