Update linkroll broken

Update: I’ve learned a little bit about what the plugin does. It checks the changes.xml file. However, if that’s down, then it won’t finish running. Things are back to normal, in terms of checking my blogroll if they’re updated. I’ll explain later how that all works, and which is probably the best method.

I’m not sure why the Update Linkroll breaks WordPress, but it does. Also, the cron job I setup to GET links-update-xml.php doesn’t seem to be working once again, and I’m not sure why it broke, too. I don’t know what permissions to set it to. I’m sick of it for now, and I think until I upgrade WordPress to 1.5-beta, I’ll leave those two things disabled. I don’t feel like messing with things at the moment.
