I think my sleep habits are lame. After skimming through “How to Become an Early Riser“, maybe they’re not so bad. I think I just need to make sure I don’t just turn the clock off and lie back down in bed – that’s my terrible habit sometimes. I’ll let you know how it goes, assuming I try this out. It takes more than one day, you know. I’ll be trying it from here on out. My target time? 6:30am. *deep breath* I’ll post back at the end of one week.
