Why some PSD files aren't shown in Picasa

From the Picasa Glossary:

Grayscale – A range of accurately known shades of gray printed out for use in calibrating those shades on a display or printer. Grayscale images are not supported in Picasa.

Grr. I hope it doesn’t hurt that much saving in RGB mode.
