Photoshop Express terms of use to be revised?

I haven’t tried Adobe Photoshop Express, but until there’s a change in their Terms of Use, steer clear.

Keep your eye on John Nack on Adobe. You can also see other bloggers talking about it through Technorati. Wired explains it best.

  1. I can certainly understand why any professional or serious amateur photographer would not want to use this site with terms and conditions giving Adobe royalty free rights to your pics.

I was not aware of this as I did not read all the ‘legal-ese’.

I am however a new photographer and would be thrilled if anyone ever wanted to use one of my photos.

I will buy a registered copy of ‘Photoshop’ when my photography advances to the point where it is warranted.
