Streamlining ordering of prints

I finally got a premium Zenfolio[1. If you want a paid Zenfolio account for yourself, please use referral code 8E1-4V5-FH4. I get a $5 credit while you’ll receive a $5 discount.] account! It’ll be much simpler to order prints.

Go to Bryan Villarin Photography — you can buy prints there. I need to catch up by uploading the photos there, then linking to them from the related blog posts here. Wow.

Thanks and enjoy!

I’ll post an update when the “Buy this print” links are switched (or removed). It’ll be awhile, but I’ll get it done eventually.

  1. Hey Bryan,

I’ve been following your RSS for about a month now and I finally got around to making my own photo site. Rather than pay for another service to deal with my photography.

I took some inspiration from your old ‘buy this print’ page but I added my own twist.

If you have a second, I’d love your feed back on the site. I just created it last weekend so it’s pretty damn new.

  2. @ Blackstock:

I like the interface and that Mpix is their printer. Oh, it’s also $50/year less than SmugMug.

I never made a matrix to compare the two, but either way, I’m pretty sure you can’t go wrong.

Sorry I can’t give more compelling reasons… *shrug*

  3. @ Peppery:

Their homepage says it all for me: “a hosting service for photographers to organize, present, print and sell their work online.”

One current problem is the lack of a print lab outside of the U.S. and Canada. I think they’re working on one of Europe, though.

  4. Congrats on setting up a Zen account. I was looking at Zenfolio for the same reason you did, because Mpix is the processor behind it. I’m still working on figuring out who to use, but I’m leaning toward a service that allows me to fulfill orders myself with no monthly cost.

Look forward to hearing how Zenfolio works out for you.
