The pros and cons with having lots of photos to process

I’m swamped — in a good way.

I packed my schedule yesterday. In the morning, I had my first newborn portrait session in Long Beach. Afterward, I had a short break before going on a Downtown LA photowalk with Chris Lin and Christian Amezcua for a few hours.

To end the day, I went to Taylor’s house to watch the BCS Championship game between Florida and Oklahoma with some friends.

I’m sure I’ll crank out some newly processed photos tonight or tomorrow. I try to be active on Flickr on a daily basis, but it’s not always feasible. It’s still better to have a large backlog of unprocessed photos (in case you slow down taking new photos).

I’m glad it’s the weekend. How was your first official week of 2009? 🙂
