Sail boating and whale watching

In a few hours, I need to meet a couple friends in West Los Angeles, carpool to San Pedro, then board her dad’s sailboat to go whale watching.

This’ll be fascinating. Hopefully we see some cool stuff out there.

Chris is letting me borrow his Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM[1. So generous – thanks man!], plus a friend at work let me borrow his Canon EF 1.4x II Extender. That’ll be 98-280mm of goodness.
