This is my entry for Jim Goldstein’s 3rd annual “Blog Project: Your Best Shots of 2009.”
Compared to my best photos of 2008, I photographed a few more large concerts and a couple weddings. I went on less photowalks because of school. Unfortunately, I’m very behind on processing. I took a basic film photography class in the fall, so this might not be comprehensive.
With that in mind, here are my 87 photos for 2009 (in chronological order). I hope you like them!
Great collection of images from 2009. I recognized a few from very early in the year that I almost forgot about. I hope your 2010 is even better than 2009.

Thanks Jim. I’ll have a blast going through all those links you’ve collected for us.

Absolutely fantastic Bryan. I’ll say it, after watching that entire (88!) slideshow, I have that ‘wow’ feeling. I’m still chasing that feeling for my own stuff.
Hopefully you won’t throttle back too much on your photography this year, although it’s very selfless that you’re putting more effort into your group (band).
I’ll be starting full time at Microsoft late this summer, which gives me no excuse not to travel down south and do a photowalk sometime. 🙂

charlie: Thanks man! I appreciate the feedback. It scares me that I’ve barely picked up my DSLR camera this month, but I’m not worried. I haven’t fallen off the photography grid completely. (Another friend did — it’s sad.)
Congrats on getting that Microsoft job. I hope to meet in person and hang out soon. Seriously. It’d be good times.
