French toast grilled cheese

 

I made this masterpiece for Amy tonight. Apparently, it was delectable. Yay!

Steps:

  1. Dip the bread pieces in the egg batter.
  2. Cook one side of each piece (simultaneously) until golden brown.
  3. Flip both pieces to the other side, then add two slices of cheese.
  4. Close the sandwich, and cook the remaining sides, which will also allow the cheese to melt.
