With an slightly cloudy day like this, tall, abstract structures like this really pop against the sky.
This is a handheld three-exposure HDR photo at the entrance of some park in Downtown Los Angeles.
Photographing less obvious subjects is one of the most difficult things to do. In my photowalks, I feel guilty if I don’t maximize my time and memory card. I’m not suggesting that you waste shutter actuations, but concentrate on trying to create art.
You probably wouldn’t think much of this wall. I didn’t either. But, once I maneuvered into a different visual point of view, I thought I saw a cool vanishing point.
