Ingredients:

  • Power greens (baby spinach, mizuna, and kale).
  • Celery.
  • Sunflower seeds.
  • Raisins.
  • Raspberries.
  • EVOO (extra virgin olive oil), balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Monte Cristo and Truffle Fries


I coworked with James Huff today, and I had a great time. For lunch, we went to 42nd St Gastropub in Santa Clarita. I ate the Monte Cristo with Truffle Fries. Delicious.
